Budgeting; Reaper

For those of you putting together a home studio on a tight budget but are still looking for effective and quality methods, and results I could (and do) recommend Cockos Reaper. The software is exactly the same no matter which license is purchased, so home-recording musicians are given the same exact capabilities of commercial enterprises. It's priced at $60.00 for Home-studios and I've even seen it discounted in the past so if you keep an eye out, you would be able to get it cheaper. All of this on top of it's easy to use, easy to pick up UI and set up makes this a great choice for those of you looking to set up a home studio and don't want to spend an arm and a leg.

How would you say its features compare to that of other DAWs like Logic Pro X, FL Studio, etc.?  I know that Logic Pro X comes bundled with a whole library of software instruments and patches, for instance.  If Reaper has similar features pre-bundled with it, then the price point can't be beat.
